Thirty years reading systems. Now he writes the ones that fail.
Victer Hugo Basurco was born in Paterson, New Jersey, and studied Mechanical Engineering Technology at County College of Morris and Trenton State College.
He spent his working life as a process engineer, first at AT&T and later at Lumens — a career built on the same question a thriller asks: what does this system do when something inside it goes wrong, and who notices first.
